Dr. Mildred Milliea, CM: I was 7 years old when I started to learn English in school. There were no books, but when I first heard English, I liked what I heard. I really liked the sound of the language. The first time I saw a book I was nine years old. It was on a shelf at my house. So I took the book and asked my mother what it was. When I opened it up, I didn’t understand it. She told me that this book was in Micmac writing. So I asked her how to read it. She said, “This is the Pacifique style of writing.”

My goodness!!! Is it real? A new language has been developed by few women!!! This is very interesting. I will look forward to this language.
