Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups cabbage
1/2 cup salad onion
1/2 cup bean shoots
1/2 cup cilantro/coriander
1 lemon (zest & juice)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup slithered almonds
salt & pepper
2 salmon portions (skin on)
Grape-seed oil
